To be a leader in a large company is certainly not easy. It also applies in Google Indonesia. A Country Director is responsible for managing business operations in Indonesia, including developing and implementing strategies in Indonesia as a whole.
Not only that, some other tasks, including the ability to build good advertising sales operations, contribute to the growth and direction of Google's products and services, ensuring new products launched successfully, and to build a strong relationship with Google's partners, including advertising agencies.
For those who feel able to become Google's Country Director for Indonesia, the candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Science (BS) or equivalent practical experience. In addition, the candidate should also have had experience working in a foreign or multinational organizations.
